Mariella joins SAN of Florida with more than 30 years extensive Insurance experience as an Independent Agency Owner and then Allstate Agency Owner of multiple locations with comprehensive knowledge of Property & Casualty. She is the first agent to close a Commercial group case with American Heritage Life once acquired by Allstate Insurance Company. Both her agencies were scratch Agencies and grew to be among the of most successful Agencies in Florida. Commercial was always a passion for her and became proficient at training her staff in sales and service techniques, underwriting the risk, quoting and then acquiring the accounts. Both large and small commercial accounts were always a focus. With her continued studies by acquiring the designation of LUTCF and Leadership Certificate programs from Dale Carnegie her agency grew to new heights.
Agent colleagues would come to her for guidance and training on staff processes, and commercial quoting. This is what led to her consulting other agents on how to quote and train their staff to include commercial accounts. In the early 2000’s she became a Financial Advisor and holds her Series 6 and 63. Her background experience encompasses, the carrier claims side to all the facets of the retail insurance agency operations. This vast background is what led to gaining the experience to achieve success with profitable growth and sustainability while always focusing on the advancements in technology to assist the agency staff in the areas of growth and retention.
Mariella lives in Florida with her husband and 2 children enjoying all that Florida has to offer. Traveling is a big passion for the family as they love to explore new cultures and new places. She has always been involved with various organizations in the South Florida community personally and professionally.
